Marieke Rump, company director and consultant, started the company in the belief that many organisations struggle when integrating sustainability within their existing context. Often a sustainability strategy runs alongside the actual daily routine, merely to uphold the image to external stakeholders and clients. In reality very little responsible thinking is actually turned into action in the daily operations of tour operators, events organisers, and government departments.
